Body Boutique offers its members multiple options when it comes to group exercise. All of our classes are FREE and taught by well-trained fitness professionals, who will help members at all fitness levels feel comfortable and confident while participating. Many class levels are for beginners to advanced students. Modifications are demonstrated to be sure that each member is working out at her fitness level. 

Please note that if you are participating in a mind/body class, be sure to bring a mat for the class. If you do not have a yoga mat, they are available for purchase in the retail store.

Unsure about group fitness? Questions about how to succeed?

Body Boutique offers 6 Group Fitness Orientation (GFO) classes per month. These classes are led by experienced instructors and are designed to help you achieve maximum results from your group fitness classes. GFOs are open to new and current members. Sign up sheets for these classes are located at the front desk.
