All written correspondence about cancelling your membership MUST be mailed to ABC Financial, Inc., not Body Boutique. How do I enroll in the Electronic Funds Transfer? You may enroll in our easy and convenient Electronic Funds Transfer by calling 888.827.9262 to give ABC Financial your credit card or checking or savings account information. Your payments will then be automatically charged to your credit card or deducted from your checking or savings account each month.

What is my next payment amount and when is it due? You can get your membership payment information through ABC Financial, our billing company, at 888.827.9262. Reference Club #8271. This typically starts one month from the day you join.

How do I renew my membership? You may renew your membership by stopping by the front desk. If you paid in full for your membership, you will need to fill out a new membership agreement. If you were signed up for EFT, your contract automatically renews until you send a written letter of cancellation to ABC Financial. *Please refer to your individual membership agreement for terms and conditions.

How do I add a family member to my membership? Getting the whole family involved in fitness is so important! We offer special discounts when adding children onto your membership. Simply stop by the front desk. The family member that you add on will have the privileges that you have under your membership agreement. Family member must be between 12-18 years of age and living in the same household. Call 785-74-2424 for more details.

How do I transfer my membership to another person? You may transfer your membership to another person by completing a person to person transfer agreement and fulfilling the following requirements: 1) Both women must be present. 2) Membership dues or renewal must be current. 3) A new membership form must be filled out. 4) Transfer rates apply.

What does the membership include? Do I have to pay extra to take Yoga classes? At Body Boutique we offer an all-inclusive membership and you do not have to pay extra to take yoga or other fitness classes. All fitness classes are included in your membership. We believe you need cardio, exercise, strength training and stretching to reach your personal potential.

Do I need to bring my own lock or towel? You should bring your own lock to use for the day lockers or you can rent a locker. Complimentary sweat towels are also available, and bath towels service can be purchased.

Can I purchase a membership as a gift? You can purchase memberships and gift certificates at the member services desk, and instant fitness membership gifts can be purchased anywhere on this site. Simply click on the “Instant Gift Certificate” button on any page.

Do I need to sign up for group fitness classes? Classes that require sign ups include BodyPump, BodyStep, BodyVive and BodyFlow. You will need to sign up in order to take the class. Sign up boards are placed at the member services desk 30 minutes prior to class start time.

Do group fitness classes cost extra? No, classes are included in your membership.

What is the benefit to doing group fitness classes? Working out in a group allows you to have more variety in your workouts, to receive extra challenge by instructor and to meet others. In addition, group fitness is fun! It gives you a time you have to come, which helps with making a commitment to yourself.

Can all fitness levels participate in a class? Yes all of group fitness instructors will show various levels for exercises for each of the classes. Please note: BodyPump is for all ages - simply adjust your weight to suit your needs.

Do I need my own mat for mind/body classes? Yes, you do need to bring your own mat to these classes. If you do not have one, they are available for sale in the retail store.

Why does it seem like everyone else is getting the step class moves and I am not? Keep in mind it takes 8-10 classes to really get the hang of step. Just keep coming and you’ll get it! Feel free to ask the instructor any questions after class as well.

If I am pregnant may I still participate in group fitness? As long as it is okay with your physician, most of our classes are okay for pregnant women. Please ask your instructor to demonstrate any necessary modifications that you can use to make the class safe. BodyJam is the only class not recommended in the later part of your pregnancy.

How do I know which trainer should I work with? We are happy to help you find a trainer that we will you would work great with but feel free to read the trainer bios on the wall and on the website to see if there is a particular trainer you think would suit you best. Consultations are free and are only a quick phone call away!

I’m not sure what type of personal training package to purchase? We give complimentary consultations where a trainer will meet with you to discuss what works best for your needs. Stop by the personal training desk to book your appointment.

How much does personal training cost? Session costs vary depending on which trainer you see and what kind of a program you would like to do. Brochures with pricing information are available at the personal training desk. Payment plans are available.

Can I sign up for the JumpStart Package at a later time then enrollment? You can still take advantage of the package later on at the regular price. However, getting started on the right track is very important for your fitness success. Learn how to use the equipment properly and safely, set goals, develop a fitness plan and experience how a trainer can enhance your workouts!

What are the benefits of working with a personal trainer? Personal trainers can push you beyond what you would do on your own. They motivate and keep you accountable. They will design a program specific for your needs, reducing injury. They will educate you, keep variety in your workouts and help you see results faster!

How often should I meet with a trainer? This depends on your needs. Sign up at the personal training desk for a free consultation with a trainer and together you will determine what is best for you and your needs/goals.

Can someone show me how to use the paramount machines? Yes, a trainer would be happy to show you proper technique on our paramount strength training equipment for the price of a single personal training session.

Do my personal training sessions expire? Training sessions expire 6 months after purchase date.

What is the cancellation policy for personal training? Please notify your trainer at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.

I’m thinking about joining the gym, how can I be successful at reaching my goals? The first 30 days are cruicial to your success. We recommend purchasing one of our JumpStart packages and attending with our group fitness classes. By purchasing a JumpStart package a trainer will discuss in depth ways to help you succeed as you will set goals, become educated and receive several great workouts to get you started (please note these are workout sessions not program designs).
